We’re excited to share another milestone in our Farmhouse Project.
Following the award of funding from The National Lottery Heritage Fund, we’ve now appointed a specialist team who will be working together to explore the future of Sacrewell’s historic Farmhouse and develop proposals for its restoration and long-term use.
Our project team includes:

- Katie Pennington & Lucy Reeves – Haley Sharpe
- Emily Keenan – CFP Landscape & Heritage
- Katherine Williams – Katherine Williams Fundraising Consultant
Three proposed concepts
As part of the project, we’re exploring three potential options for the future of the Farmhouse:
- A day nursery focusing on farm and outdoor education for children under five.
- Overnight residential accommodation for school, education and youth groups, creating opportunities for longer stays and immersive learning experiences.
- Flexible event spaces of different sizes to host workshops, family activities, education sessions, community events and private hire, including weddings.
These are proposed concepts only at this stage, and no decisions have been made. Your feedback will play an important role in helping us understand what our community values most and in shaping the future direction of the project.
