Gather the whole family and head to Sacrewell, there’s lots of Easter holiday fun to be had!
During the first week of the holidays we will be hosting our egg-cellent Easter event – New Life on the Farm. But if you’re looking for more egg-citing entertainment we’ve got plenty more to keep the little ones entertained throughout the second week of the Easter holidays too.
You can enjoy an array of free educational activities including:
- A self-led bird egg trail around Sacrewell
- Pick up a bird spotter sheet from our sensory garden and see what birds you can spot on your visit
- Watch the lambs being fed by our livestock team at 10am and 2pm each day
- A visit from Woodgreen on 11th & 13th April with free pet toy making activities, colouring in and much more
The activities are self-led and included in your normal daily admission.

Stamford Heavenly Chocolates
Make your own chocolate – every day throughout the Easter holidays – join Stamford Heavenly Chocolates for a walk-in workshop to make your own chocolate treat. No pre-booking required, simply visit their shop, £4.50 per bar.
Djibo Art
Buy a pot, paint a pot, plant a pot workshop – everyday throughout the Easter holidays – join Djibo Art for a walk-in craft workshop. £7 a pot + plants.
1642 Field Sports
Engage archery tag – everyday throughout the Easter holidays – join 1642 Field Sports for an active participation team based sport similar to paint ball but less painful and much cleaner. Pre-booking is essential, visit their website to book. From £12.50 per person.
Origin8 Café
Open every day for hot and cold drinks, pizzas, sandwiches, paninis and cakes. Eat in or takeaway.
